The Dash

The dash in my life is definetly my family and friends. Everything i do in life revolves around my family and friends. My family provides me with necessities and a basis for how to live my life. My friends on the other hand shape me to be who i am. I feel more comfortable around my friends sometimes than my family. Even though family and friends make up most of my dash i have only been alive 19 years and i have much more of dash to fill in. Hopefully my dash will be filled with many wonderful times.

A Gracious Plenty

The book the gracious plenty is starting off to be a very interesting novel. The book is about a girl named Finch who was burned as a child and goes through life as an outcast. She works in a cemetary and talks to the people who have passed away. In the novel, the after life is described as a waiting place where you have to loose all your "weight" or tell all your stories so you can pass to the true everlasting life. Overall this books seems very interesting and I am excited to read more.
